Transportation is key and has always been a focus in developing this program for all the neighborhoods in Revelstoke. Down the road our dream is to gain grants that will allow us to purchase our own van, but in the meantime, here is our solution to make sure the program is available to all four elementary schools in Revelstoke.

From (BVE) Begbie View Elementary

Children will meet at a designated spot out front of BVE and one of our team members will greet your child. Once everyone has arrived, the team member will walk with your child to our outdoor programming areas. IF the weather pushes us in, we will walk to one of our downtown locations: 103 2nd St East (Council Building between Dose and the Bierhaus) or the United Church on 3rd and Mackenzie.

From (CPE) Columbia Park Elementary

Starting in the fall of 2022, CPE will have their own location at the Baptist Church. This will allow another 24 spots a day for this neighborhood. Children will meet at a designated spot out front of CPE and one of our team members will greet your child. Once everyone has arrived, the team member will walk with your child to our outdoor programming areas. IF the weather pushes us in, we will walk to our location: 1806 COLBECK

From (AHE) Arrow Heights Elementary and from (EDG) Ecole Des Glaciers

Children will meet at a designated spot outside of AHE and will meet with a member of our staff. The staff member will walk to the nearest public transportation stop with the students, give out snacks and will ride the bus with them to our designated bus stop location closest to our outdoor programming areas. IF the weather pushes us in, we will walk to one of our downtown locations: 103 2nd St East (Council Building between Dose and the Bierhaus) or the United Church on 3rd and Mackenzie.
