About the Fundraiser [Women’s All Star Hockey Game]

Each year, the Revelstoke After School Society (RAS), alongside the Stoke Youth Network (SYN), hosts a community-driven fundraiser to help ensure that all families — especially those facing financial or situational barriers — can access safe, reliable, and affordable after-school care. This year marks our second annual Kodiak All-Star Women’s Hockey Fundraiser. It’s a fun, exciting way for the community to come together, enjoy thrilling hockey action, support local kids and families in accessing after-school programs, and celebrating women in sports.

Funds raised support:

  • After School Childcare for families in financial need
  • Program materials, equipment, and creative supplies
  • Inclusion supports for children who benefit from additional care
  • SYN youth engagement opportunities [The Youth Access Fund] to help remove financial barriers
  • Community programming that strengthens connection and belonging

Your support helps kids thrive, families feel supported, and the broader community stay connected.

Make a Donation. Your generosity directly supports families experiencing financial barriers to childcare.
Daily after-school care fees are $25.80, and even small donations help subsidize these costs for families who need assistance. Donations can be e-transfered to info@revyafterschool.ca

Every contribution supports:

  • Fee assistance for children who might not otherwise access care
  • Program improvements and safe equipment
  • Staff training and inclusive programming
  • SYN Community programs provided year-round
